Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour (Negotiable) | 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Reply to customers’ questions using email and phone, ensuring the information is accurate and provided promptly.
- Manage complaints and issues from customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Examine feedback and problems from clients to ensure a good customer experience.
- Keep detailed records of interactions with customers and how their issues were resolved.
- Cooperate with other teams in the company to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1+ years in a customer service or related role.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Team player with a client-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Work Environment
- 100% remote position – no office space is provided.
