Uresta is looking for a Customer Satisfaction Representative to join our team remotely. This position is suitable for someone with great communication skills, a desire to serve others, and the ability to address client issues effectively. Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour (Negotiable) | 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing accurate and timely information.
- Address customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Analyze client feedback and issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1+ years in a customer service or related role.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Team player with a client-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Work Environment
- 100% remote position – no office space is provided.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
