Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of cleaning personnel and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety across various sites or facilities. This role involves both leadership and hands-on support to maintain operational excellence.
- Recruit, onboard, and arrange for the training of new cleaning staff members.
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning personnel.
- Conduct thorough inspections of sites and facilities to confirm adherence to established safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Identify and propose additional necessary services, such as painting, repairs, renovations, or the replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Provide assistance to cleaning staff as needed to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules for the cleaning team.
Requirements
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or demonstrated equivalent experience is required.
- Candidates should possess 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in either English or French is necessary.
