Job Description

• Establish and implement organizational policies and procedures pertaining to sales activities.
• Lead the sales team in fostering strong relationships with business clients and oversee the negotiation of sales contracts.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate the performance and activities of sales departments across commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail sectors.
• Recruit, organize, train, and effectively manage staff members within the sales department.
• Assign, coordinate, and review various projects and programs.

Requirements

• Education: A College/CEGEP diploma is required.
• Experience: Candidates must possess five years or more of relevant experience in a sales or distribution management role.

• Technical Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office and SAP (specifically FI/CO, HR, MM, and OT SD modules) is required.
