Location: Remote (Based in Toronto, Ontario)
Salary: $60,000 – $100,000 annually (Negotiable)

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Run the show for regional and divisional sales—basically keeping an eye on everything and making sure people don’t go rogue.
  • Daydream up big-picture sales strategies, but make ‘em realistic so the company actually hits its numbers.
  • Work side by side with marketing—no silo nonsense—making sure everyone’s talking the same talk (no awkward mixed signals to clients).
  • Wrangle a team of sales folks, train ‘em up, push them to make friends with industrial clients, and somehow turn those handshakes into real deals. Negotiation hats on, always.
  • Lay down the law with sales policies and procedures. Someone’s gotta keep it all together, right?Shuffle around sales programs—hand them out like cards, and figure out who gets to tackle what. Same goes for development gigs.Oh, and don’t forget: there’s a laser focus here on pushing new products, especially anything electronic or eco-friendly. That’s the sweet spot.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (required)

  • Experience: 3 to less than 5 years in a relevant sales management role

  • Languages: English (required), Mandarin (an asset)

Skills & Expertise

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), MS Windows, email platforms, and database software

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

Remote Work Info

  • 100% Remote (No physical office provided)

  • Candidates must be based in or around Toronto, ON

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business as required
