Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff and assign tasks effectively.
- Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Ensure proper use of industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Manage housekeeping inventory and request necessary supplies.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Schedule shifts and arrange replacements in case of absence.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with cleaning procedures in large establishments.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning tools and equipment.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
