Essential Duties

• Daily classroom activities and lesson planning are the responsibilities of the lead instructor.
• Assist students one-on-one to improve their educational journey.
• Maintain order in the classroom and make sure everyone is paying attention so that everyone may learn.
• Get all the necessary instructional resources and materials ready and organized.
• Participate in evaluating and assessing how well students are doing in class.
• Engage in productive dialogue with parents about their children’s academic progress by attending and contributing to parent-teacher conferences.
• Back the process of putting school rules and regulations into action.

Experience Needed

• Work history: one to two years of relevant work experience.
• Required Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline is required.
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication abilities.
• Competence in teamwork and collaboration.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and interacting with kids.
