Key Responsibilities
- Answer many incoming phone calls and respond to questions.
- Provide correct, clear, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
- Understand what customers need and offer the right solutions to keep them satisfied.
- Build trust with professional and caring communication.
- Quickly solve customer problems and follow up to ensure everything is resolved.
- Reach team and personal goals, such as handling call times efficiently and meeting customer satisfaction targets.
- Assist in finding new leads and support sales efforts when necessary.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years working in customer service, with extra benefit if you have been in the courier or freight industry before.
- Good at talking to people and getting along with others.
- Enjoy helping people and figuring out solutions to their problems.
- Can manage multiple tasks at the same time, know what jobs are most important, and use your time wisely.
- Basic understanding of computers is needed; knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Able to work well with a team, always keeping a positive and professional attitude.
