Job Description

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide comprehensive training to staff members on job duties, sanitation protocols, and safety procedures.
- Verify that all food products and customer service interactions consistently meet established quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate records pertaining to inventory, equipment repairs, sales figures, and waste management.
Requirements
- Proficiency in French is required.
- Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least one year, but less than two years, of experience in a similar role.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or temporary resident with a valid work permit).
- Possess personal qualities such as client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, a team player mindset, initiative, and dependability.
Working Conditions & Benefits
- Salary: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour (to be negotiated).
- Hours: 32 to 42 hours per week, full-time permanent employment.
- Schedule: Flexible hours covering early morning, morning, day, evening, weekend, and shift work, with overtime opportunities.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced, requiring the ability to work under pressure and stand for extended periods. This is an on-site position with no remote work option.
