The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound customer communications, providing accurate and helpful information, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. - Professionally manage both incoming and outgoing customer telephone calls.
- Furnish precise details regarding company offerings, policies, and services.
- Timely address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously and maintain comprehensive call records.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm problem resolution and satisfaction.
- Elevate complex issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.
- Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance indicators.
- Uphold the highest level of customer service and professionalism consistently.

Requirements
- Possession of a high school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous work experience in a call center or customer service capacity is advantageous.

- Adeptness at working efficiently under pressure and managing significant call volumes.
