Job Description

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate handling and distribution of materials. This on-site position requires a commitment to organization, safety, and teamwork within a fast-paced setting.

• Perform cleaning and upkeep duties for office areas, supply zones, and the warehouse facility.
• Accurately identify, label, and categorize all incoming items upon receipt.
• Distribute parts and supplies to various internal departments as needed.
• Maintain precise inventory records using the established control system.
• Receive, unpack, and systematically sort all incoming parts, supplies, and raw materials.
• Organize and store items securely within the warehouse, tool room, or designated supply areas.

Requirements

• Completion of an other trades certificate or diploma, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Between one and two years of relevant experience in a warehouse or similar operational role.
• Proficiency with computer technology, including MS Office suite and internet applications.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet lifters and reach trucks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s licence and pass a driver’s validity licence check.
• Ability to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Demonstrated personal attributes including attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, client focus, dependability, organization, reliability, team player mentality, punctuality, and a strong sense of values and ethics.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or temporary resident with a valid work permit).

Working Conditions & Benefits

• Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 hourly (negotiable) for a 40-hour work week.
• Schedule: Full-time, permanent employment, typically working early morning, morning, and day shifts, from 07:00 to 15:30.
