Job Description
The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, students, and company property. This involves proactive monitoring, controlling access points, and efficient response to security incidents, all while upholding a high standard of professionalism.
- Proactively monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure overall safety.
- Manage and record the entry and exit of staff, guests, and vehicles.
- Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance systems and security alarm panels.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, security breaches, and other incidents.
- Conduct regular security inspections and accurately report any suspicious activities or potential threats.
- Compile and submit daily incident logs and comprehensive security reports.
- Provide assistance during emergency evacuations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Verify compliance with the institution’s established security policies and operational procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Undertake additional security-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
