Responsibilities
As a Social Media Specialist, you will:

Develop and implement communication strategies across digital platforms

Create and publish engaging content for websites, newsletters, and reports

Plan and promote events, workshops, and webinars

Conduct online marketing, including E-commerce and website promotions

Coordinate special promotional campaigns and fundraising events

Manage and grow our digital content database

Maintain media relations and handle public inquiries

Perform market research and analyze trends

Design marketing materials and strategy portfolios

Evaluate customer experience and provide recommendations

Write educational content and publicity programs for immigration-related topics
Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Remote Work: 100% remote position (no office space provided)
Skills and Specialization

Strong understanding of digital communication and online branding

Familiarity with immigration services marketing (preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with public relations, SEO, and data analytics
