About the Role
VIA CIBO is seeking hard-working individuals to join our kitchen staff as Kitchen Helpers. This is a wonderful chance for those who love working in a fast-paced workplace and want to be part of a pleasant and helpful team.
Location: Lethbridge, AB (On-site)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $1,260 bi-weekly (35 hours per week)

What You’ll Do
As a Kitchen Helper, your responsibilities will include:
✔ Clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a tidy dining area
✔ Operating dishwashers and washing dishes, glassware, and flatware by hand when needed
✔ Packing take-out food and assisting customers at the counter or buffet
✔ Stocking refrigerators, salad bars, and other food storage areas
✔ Taking customer orders and ensuring timely service
✔ Cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, cupboards, appliances, and equipment
✔ Receiving and storing food supplies properly
✔ Handling kitchen waste and maintaining overall cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors
✔ Washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables
Who We’re Looking For
Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene
The ability to work well in a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
1 to 7 months of experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
Work Environment
This is an on-site position, meaning all tasks must be completed at the restaurant. There are no remote work options.
