Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Storekeeper to join our team at a well-established spare parts shop in Ajman. If you have a passion for organization, inventory management, and a proven track record in warehouse operations, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring inventory is accurately stocked and well-organized.

  • Maintain stock levels, track incoming and outgoing products, and conduct regular stock audits.

  • Assist in managing the delivery and receipt of spare parts and products to ensure everything is accounted for.

  • Ensure that products are stored in appropriate conditions and comply with safety regulations.

  • Update inventory records in the system and keep accurate reports of stock levels.

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to support smooth operations.

  • Handle customer orders and ensure timely and accurate dispatch.

  • Perform periodic physical inventory counts and report discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in storekeeping, preferably in a spare parts or warehousing environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of fundamental computer programs and inventory management software.

  • You should be able to communicate well and work well with others.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical labor.
