This full-time role is critical for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across high-profile high-rise and villa construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Site Safety: Monitor and enforce all safety standards on construction sites and real estate developments.

Risk Assessment: Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all safety operations comply with local regulations and guidelines, including Tarakhees approval.

Emergency Response Plans: Develop and maintain emergency response protocols for all projects.

Training & Awareness: Provide safety training to staff and contractors, ensuring they are aware of all health and safety procedures.
Ideal Candidate:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.

Skills: Strong understanding of safety protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures.

Certifications: Tarakhees approval is mandatory. NEBOSH certification or similar safety qualifications are a plus.
