Position: Human Resources & Operations Manager

Location: Remote (Must be based in Mississauga, ON)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $1,500 – $2,350 bi-weekly (Negotiable based on experience)
Your Mission
As our Human Resources & Operations Manager, you will be the central hub for all things people and process. You will champion our remote work culture, ensuring our team remains engaged, supported, and productive. This is a hands-on role where you will directly influence employee satisfaction, operational excellence, and the strategic growth of our firm.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.

Administer staff consultation, grievance procedures, and performance review cycles, providing constructive feedback and coaching.

Oversee HR compliance, ensuring all practices meet provincial and federal regulations.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR matters and liaise with external HR consultants as needed.

Analyze employee data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Operations & Office Management:

Direct and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflow across the remote team.

Establish, implement, and refine internal policies and procedures to enhance productivity.

Manage training and development strategies to foster continuous team growth and skill advancement.

Oversee administrative contracts and group insurance benefits.

Motivate staff and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience)

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role with operational or office management duties.

Education: A unique blend of practical experience and self-directed learning. A formal degree or certificate is not required; we value capability and drive.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with accounting software is a strong asset.

Language: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Hindi or Urdu is considered a valuable asset.

Work Style: Proven ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and thrive under pressure in a fully remote, fast-paced setting.
