Key Responsibilities
As a Collection Agent, you will:

Locate and trace debtors using internal systems

Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and pending payments

Answer inquiries and deliver accurate account information

Work with online systems to manage and update client accounts

Maintain call logs, client interactions, and payment records

Qualifications & Requirements
