In the role of Camp Manager, you will lead a dedicated team and plan a variety of fun activities. It’s important to ensure that all safety rules are followed, so you can provide an amazing and safe summer experience for everyone involved.

Job Type: Seasonal Full-Time (35 hours/week)
Salary: $25.50/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all daily activities and schedules at the camp to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to camp staff, giving them support and helpful feedback to improve their work.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all campers, making sure everyone feels included and has fun.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with parents, campers, and staff to keep everyone informed and on the same page.
- Manage various administrative tasks, including keeping track of attendance, completing incident reports, and conducting evaluations of the camp program to ensure quality and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Completed or currently pursuing education beyond high school is important.
- Experience in leading camps, working in youth programs, or managing recreational activities is beneficial.
- It’s important to have strong skills in organizing, leading, and communicating with others.
- Ability to work well in busy and team-focused environments is crucial.
- A strong interest in helping young people grow and being involved in community activities is essential.
