Job Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Developing and implementing operational procedures to enhance customer experience.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and negotiating contracts with vendors.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to maintain satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma (Secondary school graduation certificate).
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of restaurant management or food service experience.
- Language: English proficiency is required.
- Work Environment: This is an on-site position with no remote work option.
