Are you an experienced Insurance Lawyer looking for a remote opportunity with a leading recruitment agency? The Hiring Partner Inc. is looking for a skilled legal professional to join our network of top-tier clients in private practice and insurance law. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in insurance law, specializing in accident claims and benefits cases.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide legal counsel on insurance-related cases, including accident benefits
✔ Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and insurance policies
✔ Offer strategic advice on policy coverage and claim settlements
✔ Conduct legal research and stay updated with changes in insurance laws
✔ Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
✔ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in the insurance sector
Qualifications & Experience
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law
✅ Experience: 3 to 5 years in insurance law (accident claims and benefits)
✅ License: Must be licensed to practice law in Canada
✅ Skills: Strong legal writing, research, and negotiation skills
✅ Work Setting: Private practice and insurance industry
