- Respond to written and oral inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Gather, research, and prepare communication materials for marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate customer service strategies and assess store environments to improve user experience.
Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
