Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens and make beds to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Restock room supplies, including toiletries, towels, and minibar goods, to ensure guest comfort.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety dangers to supervisor for immediate resolution.
• Assist with laundry duties, ensuring linens and towels are clean and ready to use.
• Excellent customer service: Respond to guests’ requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.

- Experience: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
