Key Duties:
- Maintain tidy and orderly communal areas and guest rooms.
• Restock toiletries, towels, and snacks, among other room necessities.
• Verify that every piece of equipment and appliance is in proper operating condition.
· Notify management of any maintenance problems or possible safety risks.
• Comply with housekeeping policies and procedures of the hotel.
Objectives Provide visitors with outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- A year or more of experience cleaning, preferably at a hotel or restaurant;
- A strong sense of self-motivation and attention to detail; and
- Effective communication skills
- Capacity to effectively manage time and adhere to deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
